Swissbake is a bakery that provides premium quality European bread and confectionery. True to its' name, Swissbake was founded by Mr Xavier Baumgartner who is a Swiss and won numerous awards for his culinary. I simply love their Chocolate Truffle Cake which has layers of chocolate biscuit and truffle cream. Also, every bite contains rum soaked raisins. The cake was not too sweet as there was some bitter sweet chocolate used. Thus, we do not get sick of eating it. Simply delicious.

I simply love their Chocolate Truffle Cake which has layers of chocolate biscuit and truffle cream. Also, every bite contains rum soaked raisins. The cake was not too sweet as there was some bitter sweet chocolate used. Thus, we do not get sick of eating it. Simply delicious.
