So, I was lucky enough to win this chocolate log cake from the open rice review contest and I'm truly amazed by how huge this log cake is!! It is so heavy and takes up the entire fridge shelf! I wonder if the log cakes all have such a short expiry date because I collected mine from prima deli just 2 days ago and the box says it expires in 2 days? A life span of 4 days? The raspberries were already very soft and turninf sour. A sign that it really might only last 2 more days.. The chocolate truff

The chocolate truffle log cake itself is quite moist and soft, it isn't too sweet but the chocolate flake decorations are very very sweet! And it makes a huge mess when you try and cut the cake! The cake is indeed a huge treat to the family and we are very grateful to openrice and prima deli to be able to enjoy it! Please ser refer to the video I posted to see more of this log cake!
