How's about the combination of a delicious plate of Char Kway Teow (CKT) topped with some "Bah Hu", you got it here in Boon Lay Place Market and Food Village.

The founder of this stall had started frying the plate of CKT since 1956 and till today its quite hard to find CKT that comes with "Bah Hu" (Meat Floss).

I quite like the combination as i find them very special, moreover i love "bah hu". The CKT was fried quite well and moist enough. The use was dark black sauce was consistent throughout the plate. Given that the whole plate was in dull brown color, the greens added had actually enlightened the presentation of the plate!
