This outlet at Sembawang Shopping Centre is much nearer as compared to the other outlet in town. The Ciabatta bread was lightly toasted without compromising the softness of the bread. It was then lightly applied a layer of butter followed by a layer of kaya. The sweetness of the kaya is moderate. And, they have always gotten the balance of the coffee powder, condensed milk and sugar right each time. This is the important factor to a good cup of coffee.
Such simplicity is a joy. A good cup of coffee and a good piece of toast can be happiness.
