I visited their other outlet once but was disappointed then and stayed away since then.I decided to give it another chance when i happened to be near their new outlet last week. Their folding technique has definitely improved. I ordered my all time favorite - 'Coffee Lovers Only' from their list of Signature Creation. It tasted just the way i liked it to be. I do prefer their plain waffer bowl to their chocolate coated waffer bowl. The chocolate coated one did not go very well with 'Coffee Lovers Only'.
Ice cream is good but there is still room for improvement for their customer service.
