Crispy youtiao for Breakfast

I bought tau huey for breakfast. What's best to go with the tau huey? Youtiao of course...I quite like the fried dough snacks here at Dough Culture. Their youtiao is the longest I ever bought...about 2 inches longer than regular ones selling at other places. Youtiao is also the best selling item here...turnover rate is very high, sometimes we may need to wait 5mins for the new batch to be cooked. The good thing about this is the youtiao is guaranteed crispy even after my 30mins trip to office...
