Gin Thye (Closed)

One of my favourite buns from this new bakery in the neighbourhood. I usually get the the mini curry buns for $1.60 to keep for afternoon snacks or for breakfast the next day. The filling of curry potato is cooked nicely to the soft but not meshy texture at the right level of spiciness. The texture of the bread is very soft and light in a thin layer. It is so nice that i can finish the whole packet all by myself.
