The Handburger was hidden from view, and I even walked past it before we finally located it. It had a very clean and simplistic layout, even the menu gave it a minimalist feel, which are so iconic of the many cafes now. The more layers the better, mine had a whole fried egg in it, and definitely onion rings. I wish more burgers had onion rings in it, because why would you want it as a side dish when it could be part of your main course?
It was a satisfying meal, the patty was done well, it did not fall apart when I bit into it, yet it wasn't overly tough. It still retained its juicy tenderness. It was a good thing it came with salad, because I always need greens to balance out all that calorie rich flavours that went into the burger.
