Today must be my lucky day. I got the half of their last chicken before they closed for the day. This stall is located at the remote part of the food centre. It did come with a slightly crispy skin. They served it with their special sauce. I could taste a hint of ginger taste in the sauce. The texture of the chicken was succulent. My partner was kinda skeptical initially but after tasted it, she agreed that the $10 for half of such chicken is worth the value.
