I went with a couple of friends to Maxwell food centre for dinner. There were a lot of different kinds of food but a friend recommended the hainanese chicken rice so I decided to give it a try. The chicken is really very smooth and tender. Though the skin makes it a little oily. the gravy that the chicken is placed in is really tasty but maybe a little salty. The rice is very fragrant not too oily also. It goes really well with the chicken gravy. their garlic chilli is really good, spicy and sour at the same time, goes well with the black sauce. It enhances the fragrance of the chicken.
