I love how the smell of fish head curry wafts through my nose when it's just served and bubbling away. Sweet and intense, with succulent vegetables in its red curry gravy. I enjoy the experience of eating fish head curry with my fingers. Add ons of tze char dishes are also possible, sweet and sour pork ribs, vegetables, egg tofu.. you know the drive.
