I was told by my brother that Zhong hua ramen is the best handmade noodles stall he has tried so far. So he has bought me and my mom each a bowl as our lunch recently when he was at West Mall while on his way home.He has bought us the soup mee hoon kuen. Wow, love the texture of the mee hoon kuen (quite springy) and the soup which tasted really nice and naturally sweet. And love the mushrooms and minced meat. Oh not forgetting, love their fried ikan bilis too! They actually packed the ikan bilis

Oh not forgetting, love their fried ikan bilis too! They actually packed the ikan bilis separately when you packed home. Wow it was so cunchy and yummy when put together with the mee hoon kuen!
