Hifumi (Closed)

My friend recommended this place to me so i decided to try out this jap place at the new extension of plaza sing. The good thing about this restaurant is that as long as you order a set meal on the menu, you can enjoy the appetizer bar which contains chawanmushi, salad, seafood gyoza and few other stuff. Personally i find the chawanmushi the only nice dish among the appetizers. The main dish was also average.For a meal below $18, I think the food is not bad
