This is a very famous stall at this food centre selling this traditional style snack. It used to be much nicer before but there is a significant drop in standard for a while now.Most of the times, these oyster cakes were fried and putting aside and when i bought it, it did not even feel warm at all so i supposed it have been fried and left it aside for a while. Most of the times, these oyster cakes were fried and putting aside and when i bought it, it did not even feel warm at all so i supposed it have been fried and left it aside for a while. The ingredients inside are getting lesser too, lesser oysters and lesser peanuts but the price is getting higher. The last time when i bought it was at $2.00.
I might give them a try again when i happen to be at this food centre again and hopefully there is a nice surprise awaits.
