pepper lunch offers a new concept called diy cooking. they will give u partially cooked meat and vegetables and off u go, frying up a dinner. i order teriyaki chicken with egg. the cook was partially cooked on the pan. i made a huge mistake i think all should avoid that is to add the brown sauce and garlic soya sauce when the pan was really hot. it created ALOT of smoke! the chicken wasnt really as big as i thought it would be. though it was juicy and tasty, i wish they removed the skin because

the brown sauce is a must add! it is sweet and tasty, not very salty, can spam!!! the salty sauce is the garlic soya sauce, that one must control that amount added.

they also have alot of corn and cabbage to go along with my chicken. overall it is very yummy!!!
