Finally had a chance to sample yet another one of their signature breads that tend to sell out quickly: Chocolate Boule. It is essentially a soft, fluffy bun packed with copious amount of chocolate. The bread has a dark brown colour, thanks to the chocolate blended into the flour dough and you can still spot some chocolate chips/pieces suspended in the final product. Inside the heart of the bread, you will find a nice dense dark chocolate filling which completes the awesome chocolately package.

As with other breads, I find that the sweetness level is well balanced; not overwhelmingly in your face sweet which allows you to savour the other flavours presented in their breads.
