Early dinner with Sam at Hifumi Japanese Restaurant, a new Japanese Restaurant located at extension of Plaza Singapura.I ordered Salmon Oyako Jyu (Salmon w/Roe on rice). Salmon is very fresh & the lotus root is really crunchy! Super love the Roe! They have a Self-service Salad Bar, and it's Free flow with any set meal purchased. Sadly to say, nothing much at the salad bar interest me cos I'm not a very veggie person & most of the items available are like eggplant, onions & stuffs... One of the f

One of the few items that interest me is probably the ChawanMushi, which is really smooth & the Potato w/Roe!
Sam's Salmon Itame (fried salmon slices with veggies) - I didn't try but Sam says it's nice
