There was a short queue during lunchtime but the waiting time was not very long. The rice is not too oily but lacked the fragrant ginger taste that is apparent in other chicken rice dishes. I opted for the roasted chicken instead of the steamed one. The meat was a little dry albeit it being soft but perhaps that is expected of roasted chicken. I liked that the skin was not too fatty or oily and this might appeal to some of the health-conscious among us.

It is not usnusual to have a hard time securing tables art the food court during peak dining times so go a little earlier if you want to avoid waiting.
