Decided to go for a quick meal before the movie starts. I have ordered the 1 Meal Under the favourites section of Subway - Teriyaki chicken complete meal with chips and another classic - Egg mayo with drink only. Unfortunately I didnt take a picture of the egg mayo bread. It leaves me with a deep impression that it had a thick spread of chopped up boiled egg mixed with creamy rich mayonnaise.
When I received the trays, I noticed that its all in green color? The first thought that comes into my mind is "Have Subway gone Green too"? They have change the packaging color and the cup colors.
The taller cup comes with the meal.
Tender chicken pieces dressed lightly with teriyaki sauce toasted and served with all vegetables, the sauce that I had chosen is chipotle southwest and sweet mustard. Taste great, however I feel that the sauces had overlapped the teriyaki chicken sauce. I will try other sauces that is not so strong in taste the next round.
ServiceDo expect queues at subway from West Mall. Usually quite long, however, the workers are very efficient, therefore, waiting time is not that long. Even though the queue is long, they are quite patient during the part when customer choose their vegetables, bread and sauces.
Ambience
It's hard to secure a seat if you were to dine alone. Ambience wise its okie. There are 3 sofa seats but when I was there, one of them was strictly reserved for their staff. How sad...
Price
Price is at market rate for all outlets. Considering that its a healthy meal I dont mind paying abit more.
