After the dim sum feast, we continued on with our food journey at Chinatown and we stopped by Mei Heong Yuen for desserts. I have tried their pastes before but not their egg pudding so on a whim, I decided to try it. The egg pudding ($3) was served quite fast. The egg pudding is really smooth and delicate and when you cut into the pudding, it is very smooth as well. Eating it is very easy as glides down my throat. The egg pudding is really smooth and delicate and when you cut into the pudding, it is very smooth as well. Eating it is very easy as glides down my throat. The pudding is not too sweet and I love it. If you like ginger, you can choose to have it with ginger. Next time, I will try it as I think the ginger would bring out the taste of the egg pudding even more with the contrast in taste.
