Empire State has a very cute ambience. It features western food. They have a very big burger which can serve up to 4 people. You can challange that if you are really hungry. The food is ok, average i would say. I ordered the house burger. The servings of the fries is quite huge thou. The service of the staff is also not too bad. Suitable place for freinds gatherings.
