My friend recommended me to try this stall for french food after i told her i want to explore different type of cuisine. Located at a corner of the coffee shop, it looks just like any other hawker food stall and can be easily walk passed. i was pleasantly surprise that they uses heavy white porcelain dinnerware to serve their food, which shows their pursue of real authentic quality italian fare. The salad with kaffir lime leaf dressing was fresh, the skin of the barramundi was real crispy yet the juiciness of the meat was maintained. The only flaw was that the skin was really salty (there was still bits of salt on it). The orzo pasta (pasta shaped like rice grains) was well flavoured and cooked to the right texture.

They have a current promotion where each main course comes with a choice of free salad or soup of the day. My soup of the day was tomato soup. It came satisfyingly hot. The soup was well flavoured and really sweet (i presume they uses good quality sweet tomato as i have tried tomato soup from other places and they were sweet and sour).

I did not regret trying this.
