There are a few other western food stalls in SP, notably the one in FC4(KOUFU), where long queues can be seen during every lunch break. I would choose to describe the western food stall in FC3 as" just decent "as it sometimes serves cold food ( finger food). During lunch hour this stall would usually serve warm and tasty food, so I would give it a go.
