I went to sakae sushi with my hubby and son for dinner the other night. Pretty amazed at the variety of sushi and other side dishes they had. I am a fan of temaki. I remember the last time I ate the soft shell crab temaki, it was still the price of a coloured plate, now they have seemed upgraded it to pink plate. So I opted for the fried salmon skin temaki instead. I ordered 2 of it, the salmon skin was fried till very fragrant and crispy. They added quite a lot of shredded cucumber in it too. O
