I went to sakae sushi with my hubby and son for dinner the other night. Pretty amazed at the variety of sushi and other side dishes they had. I am a fan of temaki. I remember the last time I ate the soft shell crab temaki, it was still the price of a coloured plate, now they have seemed upgraded it to pink plate. So I opted for the fried salmon skin temaki instead. I ordered 2 of it, the salmon skin was fried till very fragrant and crispy. They added quite a lot of shredded cucumber in it too. O

So I opted for the fried salmon skin temaki instead. I ordered 2 of it, the salmon skin was fried till very fragrant and crispy. They added quite a lot of shredded cucumber in it too. On top of that I ordered 2 plates of fried toufu. It was deep fried till very fragrant. The exterior is crispy, interior is soft and smooth. I also ordered the okonomiyaki, it turned out pretty small but it was really good, love the sauce they drizzled on top. They also had takopachi balls too, all coloured plate price. we were all satisfied with the food.
