Cafe Cartel has always been a favourite place to relax and chill, especially ifone manages to snare one of the comfy booth seats with sofas that enable one to sit back and put up one's feet. Huge fillet that is double the size of the portion size served at Manhattan Fish Market, coated with light crispy batter and drained well of the oil used for deepfrying.
