One of the nights after walking around at Bugis, I went to fish’n’co for a comfort food bite : fried calamaris and Fish’n’chips. The staff was attentive and responsive to my orders. The fried calamaris was well cooked, chewy texture but still easily bites through. The batter coating was flavourful. A tinge of lemon squeeze would add a nice sour kick to the overall. Fish was so tender and soft on the inside, the batter on the outside was so crispy as I cut open, it sounded like lobster crackers.
