This stall is among one of the many at the basement of Ion Orchard. I think it is more famous for its Takoyaki balls but it was the fish-shaped pancakes that got my attention. There are a few flavours available - red bean, custard, ham and cheese. I decided to get the red bean pancake as I always liked to try their default flavours on my first visit.

The red bean filling is very sweet and it is a mixture of red bean paste and bits of red beans. The pancake is quite thin so the filling is around 80% of the pancake and I especially like it that the filling is quite evenly spread out. The pancake is quite crispy even though it is not freshly made and the pancake dough is rather spongy on the inside. For $1.80, it is quite worth the money since the fillings are generous. Those with a very sweet tooth will love this.
