My experience with Vietnamese food was mainly pho, pho and more pho. The kind where they give you a heap of raw beansprouts and a bowl of mint leaves on the side for you to dump into the soup. Pho Stop seems to take a more elegant approach of serving up a good bowl of noodles with freshly shredded vegetables and beansprouts.
