Seow Choon Hua Restaurant is like a small coffee shop setting and it is rather old. There are two food stalls inside, one selling Foo Chow cuisine another selling fish soup. Apparently, the Foo Chow cuisine is quite popular hence decided to try. I order the mixed soup with dry noodles. There are Foo Chow Fishball, Heer Keow, Dumpling and Rou Yan in the soup. It is very Q and there are tiny dried shrimps in it.
