My fave dish for this session!! The salted egg yolk sauce is finger licking good and goes surprisingly well with the fried buns. Of coz, crabs were sweet and juicy too.Hmm.. this soup is filled with the usual for fish steamboat - yam, cabbage, green veggies and seaweed. they were rather generous with the portion though. Hmm.. this soup is filled with the usual for fish steamboat - yam, cabbage, green veggies and seaweed. they were rather generous with the portion though. Fish meat was fresh too.
According to the owner Mr Kovan, this dish is exclusive to his store. In all, a crunchy combi of sliced lotus root, carrot, French peas, macademia nuts, celery and mushroom. Good if you have a tendency for lighter food (on the waistline as well!)
This dish uses the same sauce as the yummy crabs.. so needless to say, another must try here!! The sauce is thick and prawn was big and fresh.
