Coming to Collin’s counter and placed my order, I was given a torch plate which it will blink once my food is ready. Topped with saucy cheese, this fusion was normally found in Hong Kong Restaurant. Surprisingly, Collin’s was famous of their Western Cuisine was selling it too. Well, Curry and Cheese might not sound matching, but this combination really tasty. Before started to eat, the aroma was so strong. Potatoes and Carrots was smoothly soft in texture, well accompanied the rice along with Savory Curry. Not greasy at all, the portion was just nice. It was $5.50, affordable.
