The sandwich is mad in front of you as you order it so it's not sitting in the window going soggy or stale. The vegetables are fresh enough and the meats are also pretty fresh. The bread is the freshest since it is baked in-store. Not sure how much preservative is in the dough. It smells really great and it tastes really fresh. Love that you can customise your sandwich according to what you want on the day. The variety of sauce is pretty good too. You can also add soup and cookies or drinks but
