I had heard this famous Hokkaido Bakery opening a branch in Singapore sometime back, but did not have the chance to try due to its inconvenience location.

Today I chance upon this Bakery and went in to buy a few Fried Curry Poato Bun.

At $2.50 each, the pricing was quite high as compared to many other popular bakeries in a shopping mall.

The Fried Curry Potato Bun had a slightly "Burnt" skin. I guess they had over-used the oil for deep frying their food. And the taste of the bun's skin was also slightly "Burnt", though the skin was still very crispy when I reached home.

When I cut open the Curry Bun, I can smell the aroma of sweet curry. There was a big piece of potato inside the Curry Bun, though it taste bland and powdery.

The curry paste taste sweet and savoury.

I would prefer they cut the potato into smaller pieces and mixed with their tasty curry paste.
