I normally prefer steamed dumplings to fried ones, but I decided to try this out when I saw so many people queuing up. It is dished in plates of 10 dumplings per plate. The dumplings are only fried upon ordering, so this helps to guarantee freshly made hot dumplings. I must admit this dumplings are very good.
