This is one of the stalls that got a queue during dinner. I joined in out of the curiousity. I gave my order and returned to my table. It was served in 5 minutes. They replaced the thick bee hoon with the thin one and fried well with the yellow noodle in savory prawn stock.The texture was moist with ingredients like prawns and squids. They added quite a handful of fried pork lards to enhance the overall taste. This is one of the nicest fried hokkien prawn noodle in Ang Mo Kio.
