I was here for an early dinner and most of the stalls were still not ready yet. And so, i decided to have fried kway teow. The kway teow and yellow noodle were fried together with ingredients like sliced fish cake, sliced lup cheong, bean sprouts and veggie. I requested not to have cockles added as my partner is against eating it. The fried kway teow is fried in local style, a sweeter version as compared to the those done in Penang style. A good amount of fried pork lards were added to enhance its overall flavour.

This can be a pretty good choice if you are in this food centre and do not know what to eat.
