If you like the healthier version of fried kway teow then this is it! An equally same amount of vegetable was added along with the fried kway teow. I did not quite like the vegetable after tasted it. It has got a very raw taste and the texture was a bit hard. I prefer my vegetable to be softer. The fried kway teow has got a distinct wok hei that give it the nice fragrance. This is an interesting plate of fried kway teow but i am sure this would be my only time eating it.
