My usual order whenever i am at this food centre for dinner. The fried kway teow and mee fried nicely with ingredients like fishcake, bean sprouts and cockles, not forgetting a handful of sinful fried pork lards to bring out the flavour. Though there are healthier version of fried kway teow that omit the fried pork lards and replaced it with alot of green but i still want my late of fried kway teow with fried pork lards, a lot of it! The texture of this plate fried kway teow was moist with a distinct wok hei. This is easily one of the better fried kway teow that i ever tried.
