What could have gone wrong for a plate of piping hot fried kuey teow mee with extra chili on a rainy night for supper? I like how the fried kuey teow mee is being cooked - still a little moist and not the dry version selling outside. They are quite generous with the portion of ingredients given - from fish cake to cockles to lup cheong to bean sprout! Will be coming back and try the other dish they have - beansprout with cockles!
