This was my simple breakfast to start a new day. The kway teow and the mee fried simply with only the basic seasoning and bean sprouts. It might be simple but it tasted good. I added a ngor hiang to my plate of fried kway teow mee. The ngor hiang was well-fried and not oily at all. It best to be eaten with their special chilli. The spiciness of their chilli complemented it so well. To complete this is to go with a cup of good coffee.
