My girlfriend and I love to eat fried oyster. Fried oyster is a rather complicated dish. To nail it, the egg must be cooked perfectly, it must not be too starchy, the oysters must be big and juicy and most importantly, the chili sauce must be nice. For this stall, they managed to meet our expectation. I love there egg most, it is not too starchy. The chili sauce was not too bad as well, sourish and spicy at the same time. Goes really well with the egg and oyster.
