Had tried this stall the last time and their fried oyster then was delicious;DHowever when I went to order the fried oyster and carrot cake last night, it was a great disappointment.):This is especially so for the fried oyster omelette. This is especially so for the fried oyster omelette. The last time I had it, it was crispy on the outside and it remains soft inside, which makes it so delicious. And the taste was nice too.(:This time, the fried oyster omelette seems overcooked. It had a dark colour and was hard, not crispy. Most parts have the burned taste too and we could not taste the egg at all.
Normally the whole plate of fried oyster omelette would be polished off, but for last night’s, we did not finish it. It was simply unappealing.):
The fried carrot cake was quite disappointing too. The taste was not enough and it was lack of an ingredient that gives it a salty and nice taste. If this is the standard they are going to portray then after, I don’t think we will try it again.Post
