This was another late dinner after work. I was here to take away a packet of fried rice to have it at home. The rice was fried simply with basic seasoning to give it a distinct wok taste. The texture of rice was rather grainy; nicely suitable to be fried. It was fried with ingredients like bits of char siew, fishcake, egg and prawns. I could smell the aromatic smell even before eating it. The fried rice was nicely fried to give it the dry texture and not as oily as expected.
