I eat toufu regularly and will always order for toufu when I see one. Although I'm not a big fan of fried toufu, I decided to give it a try. The fried toufu's outer layer was very crispy and pretty flakey. The toufu is more of the firm kind and was not all that soft. It is best to eat the fried toufu with the sauce given b/c its pretty tasteless if you eat it without the sauce. It'd be like eating tasteless toufu with oily skin. The sauce is pretty sweet and should give a decent amount of flavou

Do take note that its a pretty big serving so it won't be wise to order one whole plate of fried toufu for only 1 person.
