I got the garlic bread from Breadtalk for teatime. The bread is like the jiam tao luo di with a hard crust and soft interior. It is still quite crispy when I bite into the bread. The garlic spread is buttery with enough garlic taste. The addition of the sesame seeds also helps to enhance the fragrance of the bread and taste of the bread. However, since the garlic spread is more concentrated on the middle portions and the ends of the bread are not spread, the ends can get quite tasteless.
