Tried out Gelare's ice cream cake for our friend's birthday. The decoration of the cake caught our eyes and we decided to give it a try although it was a little expensive. It turned out really good! The ice cream blended in really well with the chocolate and it didnt melt too fast. My friend then told us she wasnt a big fan of ice cream cake, but she loved this ice cream cake from gelare!
