It was a very satisfying warm dessert on a cold day after dinner. The aunty at the stall filled the bowl up to brim which made me really happy. Usually for this dessert they don't give many gingko nuts but she gave at least 5 pieces of the expensive nut! The barley together with the tau key thingy was a very good combination. It was sweet but not overly sweetened.
