This is the golden roll sushi which look like a "dragon" and it is decorated with deep fried king prawn head and tail.The sushi is made up of deep fried coated king prawn wrap in the center and topped with mango slice and fish roes.The sweetness of the mango brings out the flavor of the king prawn and it has a complementing taste.The fish roes give an interesting texture too. This is like the best combination of sushi i ever taste.
