I had tried their Hainanese chicken rice many times before and it is one of the items that I loved. This time round, I had the chicken rice again and added the chicken liver. It costs a total of $3.The chicken liver was fresh and not hard indicating they cooked it well. As for the hainanese chicken, it was well cooked too. The skin was smooth with a bit of oil but taste very nice. The meat was not tough. Depending on which part it came from, some were tender and moist while some were more dry. O

The chicken liver was fresh and not hard indicating they cooked it well. As for the hainanese chicken, it was well cooked too. The skin was smooth with a bit of oil but taste very nice.
