My dining partner wanted to collect points for his AMEX and we decided to try this out since this restaurant is indicated in AMEX brochure. Service is abit slow. They were quick to pass us the menu but slow to come back and take our orders.I ordered the spicy ramen. Most places would give half an egg but they gave 2 halves. The salmon skin is probably the best I've had so far. It is really crispy and I love how it remains crispy even after we left it untouched for a while.

This chawanmushi is really smooth and watery. I love how I can simply swallow the entire teaspoon of egg right down my throat. The taste is just right for me!
